The system consists of AOA Ting DOA, low altitude detection radar, optoelectronics, directional countermeasures, omnidirectional countermeasures, and intelligent control platforms. It is commonly used in vehicle mounted, mobile, and fixed systems, with most commonly in vehicle mounted applications.

After being detected by detection equipment, the Black Flying Drone is transmitted to the control platform, which then controls omnidirectional or photoelectric directional strike equipment to strike.
